• Joe akd cmb??
Hi Stevie, I am still here too. I posted my one bet yesterday, but my last 2/3 selections have run really poorly, I am not too bothered with losing as long as they run well enough but when they run so poorly then confidence takes a hit. Still undecided if I am going to have a bet today, will post if I do.
  • Lady Cosette and others of interest
Another poor run I am afraid, tailed off last :(

Other selections so far no good either.

Have a good day tomorrow, Archie. Take a look at Artistic Streak in the first (best priced 7/1 currently, little bit shorter than I was hoping if I am honest), but she has the right kind of profile for this race, 3 year olds that were yet to win a race have an excellent record. Dascombe won it with a couple of similar ones, Brockwell (3/1, rated 70) in 2012 & Punkawallah (10/1, rated 65) in 2017. Couple of disappointing runs but before that Newmarket form looks good where she was well behind a couple of Group fillies but finished ahead of one that has won a handicap off 69.

I will likely have another bet in the 8:30 race, will post in morning after I have a proper look at it.

Thanks Trainerlayer and CMB for bringing attention to Wentworth Falls, I know it didn’t win but I had a good place only bet on it after reading CMB’s comment and seeing that it was on same mark as when finishing 3rd in this, so he has probably run to same level again.
  • Coleman double
The Vollan lost, looked to be travelling so well and traded as short as 1/14 in running but only 2nd in the end.
  • Coleman double
Litterale Ci is a non runner so now it has become just a single on The Vollan, but Coleman has just ridden a 14/1 winner Wilberdragon lol, I really didn’t expect this.

  • No Info...just form reading and guessing. (daily)
Nice thread, I am sure it will produce many winners, good luck with it.
  • 2.00 Pontefract
Nice winner, Trainerlayer, and the forecast, well done.
  • Timetodock
Very nice winner, Mugz, well done.

I was so close to having a good bet on 3 of Tim Easterby’s runners at Catterick (was leaving out the one that was up against 1/10 shot) in doubles and trebles as I had a strong feeling he was going to do well. I left it at last minute, he had 2 winners and a close 2nd, sometimes have to go with your feeling.
  • 445 - Wolves - Good Word From the track
Nice priced winner from your two selections yesterday, so credit where it’s due, well done.

You would have got more credit though if you didn’t spend last couple of years winding people up by flooding the board with this “info” nonsense. I remember a few years ago, you (as Roonaldo) used to post some good threads with your selections based on draw and pedigree stats etc. Not saying you always have to give reasons with your selections, even if it’s “info” as in it has been given to you by someone, simply say that and accept when the info has been no good instead of bigging it up all the time. It’s not always about posting winners or losers, as long as you are genuine, people appreciate that. Just my thoughts, whether you take them on board or not is up to you.
  • 7.45
    Well done, CMB
  • 8.45 Windsor - Big ask
Outstanding! Great winner Joe, great placer Stainless, you nearly had a huge forecast between you two, very well done.
  • 6:30 Catterick
Thank you both. B Fifty Two ran ok, as did Extrasolar for 3rd and 2nd respectively, not disappointed. Favourite was better off at weights and stayed on well enough to win today.

Seems to be similar move as ALIX JAMES. Unraced horse from a stable with a very modest 2yr old record. One to keep eye on -

    Windsor 6.15
    CMB

I think this is quite interesting, CMB. I know Roger Teal doesn’t get 2yo winners regularly but considering most of his runners are huge prices, his record is quite good. He has only had 3 wins from 55 on debut with 2 year olds, but 29 out of the 55 were priced 33/1 or bigger. SPs of his 3 winners were 12/1, 20/1 & 20/1. His last two debutants at Windsor (in years 2016 & 17) finished 3rd (20/1) and won (20/1), both were weak in betting. Pedigree is not bad, his dam won a Newbury maiden on her 2nd start and went on to win a nursery off 77 over this c&d, favourite in this race is rated 71, if we assume that Bockos Amber has similar ability to her dam and is ready to go first time then it gives her a live chance. Booking of Jack Mitchell also looks interesting, as he has a very good record for this trainer including on 2 year olds (record of 12263260143 on 2yos), interestingly this is the first time he is riding one of his 2 year old since 2011.

Good luck if you back it.
