Sorry fellas he was a bit keen during the race and you cannot give this type of advantage to this type of competition in a race of this value when they are all trying.

Up there towards the business end but understandably weakened late on because of the pulling in the early to mid part of the race.

Probably flying on the gallops never took that to the course.

There is a really good crop of apprentices at the moment but I have to say Billy L is very very good.

Seems to me to be beyond his age looks like he has been around for years and developed into a really good jockey.

Connor Planas is also a very good apprentice but seems to be under the radar as far as publicity is concerned.

I could name a least or 5 or 6 apprentices that are very good.

It was given to me a couple of weeks ago at Wolverhampton from a very reliable source, so had a good bet on it, but the trainer withdrew him about two hours before the race (don't know the reason why). So nothing lost.

I was told to back him next time, so could not call it a tip or anything but went into the book for a bet next time out. :up:
