  • My Flat Horse To Follow [2020]
Thanks TL. Added both to tracker (ATR). I see Banna is entered in 1000g.
  • Might have to read a book
Got an idea Mugz - the Trainers online section to the left is a bit out of date. John Hills died nearly 6 years ago, Mark Tompkins retired, and Phil Kirby is online https://philipkirbyracing.co.uk/
Could be a good game for others to add or delete names.
  • Last day of racing today until at least May.
On the bright side, just in time for the 2000 Guineas..perhaps
  • 2.50 Market Rasen
Quacking good bet TL, I must pay more attention :worry:
  • 3 25 market rasen
Nice price Cork, good tip
  • Gold cup .
Good call scrivs, hopefully back next year for the hat-trick bid.
  • Gold cup .
After Cheltenham last year, RP recommended bets for this year's meeting. I put on £3 bets on them all (£39) and have had nothing back so far....had £3 Frodon at 16/1 and £3 A Plus Tard at 20/1 for the Ryanair but they got stuffed today.
So the last two run in the Gold Cup :

    £3 Delta Work @ 27/1
    £3 Lostintranslation 36/1
  • Got a bit of the Placepot.....
Thanks all. Tote gave me £1534.08 back.
Good thing about their new website is that you can do a 5p perm online now, which I don't think you could do before, apart from the shops.
  • James Eustace's 2 runners Wednesday night
    Glendun placed, £6 returned.
  • With Caution - 7.00 Chelmsford
    Stone cold last :gasp:
Still, it's the same as being done by a nose, money lost.
Eustace is usually quite good with his comments, so will forgive him.
  • 4.50 Bob and co
Even money and beats the favourite, well done peregrine.
  • Leighton Aspell retires
Not inconceivable that he goes out with a winner Mugz.

    4.20 Ventura Dragon 9/2
5.20 Itsnotwhatyouthink 9/4 from 4/1 overnight. Debut in a bumper.

Oliver Sherwood - "Ventura Dragon has been an unlucky horse, so it would be fitting if the luck could change and for him to give Leighton a winner for us on his last day's riding. Let it rain as much as it wants, he'll love the ground and is on a fair mark."
  • Julia Feilden's two - 7.30 and 8.00 Southwell
Quite a pleasing 3rd for War Empress, pity the first one couldn't have placed at least.
    £4.50 returned.
  • Blue Slate....3,.10
3rd at 16/1 for those that had normal odds.
  • Tricast / Trifecta
True, Mugz but if you have big priced fancies in a maiden for instance the Trifecta is the only bet you can place.

Sometimes the Trifecta beats the Tricast in handicaps like the 5.05 Wolv (9 runner h'cap)

    12/1 12/1 13/8

    Trifecta:£695.10
    Tricast:£356.51
  • Boy George 7.40 Wolv
Sorry, meant to say B365 price.
  • Boy George 7.40 Wolv
Yes, had £20 e/w at the Betfair price I quoted and they gave me £39 back.

Agree, that race sorted them out with 18k tricast and £811 placepot. Didn't play either
  • Irish runners today
Talking about not taking the 600 Joe, have you or anyone took the cashout (or partial) and then done the double again just in case, which would soften the blow a little ?
  • Peter naughton tip
    Had it in a small 10p e/w Lucky15 and 50p e/w acca

    Triple Spear 4/1
    Espoir De Romay 7/2
    2.45 Jammy George @4/1
    3.05 Jazz Hands @ 7/2

Took the stake back in the cash-out with 365, fingers crossed
  • 12.50 Musselburgh
    Good profit once again
