Thank you, Dodd, Peregrine. Only had a small bet on it, but also have it in a small each way double with Skipthescales (3:45 Carlisle), so fingers crossed.

Good luck, Peregrine, and everyone. I am going to throw another one into the mix, Vision Des Flos, admittedly his strike rate isn’t great but has run some good races in defeat, finishing 2nd in Grade 1 Novices at Aintree and Punchestown festivals last season, and was 2nd behind Buveur Dair earlier this month. Adjusted weights put him only 1 lb behind the favourite and level with Ballymoy and Old Guard, and he is only 6 so could yet improve. Whoever wins, it has to be said this looks a very good renewal of the race.

Made the right decision to leave Tavener, but he ran better than he has for some time to finish 5th in a bunch finish, so maybe next time.

Ornate goes for the Listed race at Lingfield (2:05) but he is rated 14 lbs lower than the favourite on official ratings, so looks up against it.

Griffiths has been quiet of late, but has a couple of runners tomorrow. No prices available yet.

3:30 Lingfield - Tavener, continues to drop down the weights but just isn’t showing enough to suggest his turn is near, so I am not backing him but good luck if you do.

6:15 Chelmsford - Warriors Valley, back up in class after winning last time, but he won well so I think he will go close but will probably be a shortish price.

Finished 5th, so profit made thanks to the extra places market.

Only 3rd in the end. Made the right decision not to bet, any system has to be followed to the letter, there will be more opportunities, will just need a lot of patience with this system.

Very weak on exchanges, looks unlikely to go off favourite at the moment but there’s still over 10 minutes to go, so just watching the betting at the moment.
