    Have changed internet provider yet one of my laptops is not even displaying the new network so not displaying wi-fi and therefore can't pick it up. Has anyone got any idea of how I can solve this problem ?

    On my lappy, bottom right next to time WiFi strength meter, like a stairs, click on that and click on your network

    yep did that Bri trouble is network don't show up. going to have to take it to a repair centre and get it reset looks like. I have never ever had this problem before it's just 'bizarre', every other device is ok and now changed over. thanks for suggestion though.
