BEST of the BETS

The heading is probably more dramatic than the message but here goes.
I should really have asked the forum their opinion on cancelling the NH COMP.
But apart from 2 members one sounded 50/50 and the other was very
disappointed in my decision to cancel it.
I thought that i would manage to score it after all apart from the festival meetings
it will only be one race on a saturday, score it on a sunday sorted!! no no,you
should see me trying to do things that at, one time were 2nd narure to me now
take me most of the day, if i get distracted by anything then it is back to the start .
with about 4 months of the comp remaining if i could get someone to score i would
be happy enough keep it on;
