8:00 Windsor - don’t laugh, but I have backed FADING ICON @ 150/1. She had made her debut for Mick Channon in a decent novice race at Goodwood earlier in the season. Went off at 33/1, very green and finished last of 12 runners (beaten 20 lengths). Moved stables to Sheena West and was again well beaten, by 14 lengths this time but she had run a bit better than her price of 100/1 to finish 4th of 7. It is a competitive race but hopefully she will continue to go right way and maybe sneak into a place. Jockey is yet to ride a winner but has had couple of placers from 14 rides she has had. Trainer does very well with few runners she has here with record of 5-11-24 (w-p-r) for LSP of +14. Not expecting a lot at that price, but hopefully she will run well. Rose Crown, who has been well fancied on her runs in bumpers could also run better than her price of 50/1 now switching to flat.
