I have done these 6 at Fontwell in small stakes trebles for a bit of interest.
1:40 Duhallow Gesture (6/4)
2:50 Scarlet Couture (11/4)
3:25 Vive Le Roi (5/2)
4:00 Mr Stubbs (4/1)
4:35 Kenny George (4/1, to finish in first 3)
5:10 Don’t Tell George (9/1)
So unlucky, Duhallow Gesture won, Kenny George in first 3, and Don’t Tell George trading at odds on in running. I did lay it @ evens in running to cover my stake but would have been nice if it won.
Giving it another try, but this time doing 21 doubles from 7 selections as most of them are big prices.
Limerick
2:05 - Lucky Icon (15/2)
2:35 - Cool Saint (10/1)
3:10 - Lord Schnitzel (16/1), had been 66/1 earlier
3:40 - Ask And Answer (11/1)
4:15 - Dawn Shadow (12/1)
4:50 - Mall Dini (11/10)
5:25 - Nicole’s Milan (10/1)
Great run from Lord Schnitzel, only just beaten by the favourite, money was right. I thought it was going to lose with Romeo Brown too, but at least that close finish went my way lol.
Can’t win them all mate. Your singles are flying in just now though backed up by your analysis pre-race. If your putting the same or somewhere near the same analogy into this then it’s going to pay off eventually.
Thank you, Dodd. I don’t spend anywhere near as much time on these as I do on my singles selection, these are mainly result of experimenting with various systems/methods, hoping to get big returns from small stakes with these.
