    Backing TIMETODOCK ew @ 6/1 here. In great form, nice low draw and looks a weak race the fav apart. The fav is being backed like its already won so we shall see.

    When I said it was a weak race I forgot about The Defiant who was bang in form, and has speed to burn. Gave a nice tow into it for my horse and a fine waiting ride from D Allan to nab him close to home.

    Very nice winner, Mugz, well done.

    I was so close to having a good bet on 3 of Tim Easterby’s runners at Catterick (was leaving out the one that was up against 1/10 shot) in doubles and trebles as I had a strong feeling he was going to do well. I left it at last minute, he had 2 winners and a close 2nd, sometimes have to go with your feeling.
