    Been given Mallons Spirit in the 5.20 at Yarmouth. Price has already been smashed in to 4/1. I fancy Harmonise in the 8.40 at Newbury. Trained by Sheena and Hector Crouch's only ride of the day I believe. Hopefully both will win (maybe an e/w double)

    Both awful. V strange betting pattern involving Mallons Spirit. Into 4's and massive drift to 14's shortly before the off. Someone new something! Harmonise will win soon. Money was down for it.
