12.47 - Torn And Frayed has had five hurdles outings and been runner-up in three of them, showing some good form along the way. Has shown too to be versatile as far as trip and ground is concerned, but today’s 2m 4f on good to soft, may prove ideal. Went very well when fresh last season, deserves a change of fortune and hopeful that can come today.

1.57 - Crievehill started last season in excellent form winning his first two starts at Wetherby over 2m 3+f then at Haydock over 3m 1+f, both on good to soft ground. That took his mark from 138 to 155, which seemed to take its toll in two more starts. Has had a good break, is another that goes well fresh and is back to 152. Should go well over this 2m 4f and looks good each way value on preferred ground.

3.42 - Earlofthecotswolds did well over fences last season as a novice, winning a class 2 at Exeter, before running creditably behind some very well regarded rivals at the festival. Returned to action with a mid-division finish over hurdles and 2m at Market Rasen, which has brought him on nicely. Stays over hurdles here but steps back up to 2m 4f and is expected to go very well with good each way prospects.
