While we were all feeling very sorry for ourselves there was no racing, the funeral took place yesterday of Natasha Galpin in Dumfries. She tragically died riding out for Iiain Jardine one morning in January. Brings a sense of reality back in a world where we are all obsessed with our minor issues where we sometimes forget the value of life.

she died doing what she loved riding the horses that made her life so joyful.
