    If we judge Hemocrates 2nd recently to notation . notation flopped badly next time out but
    surely something was amiss.
    Lurking behind in that race was cheap jack who Hemocrates gave weight too
    cheap jack had just given weight and beat Thawry.
    They are on same weights today so Hemocrates is well in in real terms
    Thawry was beaten by artistic streak but cant see that happening here over 2f less
    Beat the Heat won a very poor race last time out and looked beaten till dug in.

    Hermocrates form is a bit in and out but has excuses like saddle slipped/Class 4 races
    2 comeback runs it should be spot on

    Good luck, Joe. He does appear to have a good chance and you are on at a very good price. I agree with you about others, not keen on Beat The Heat, Thawry or Let Me Be today. 3yo Lady Isabel is a bit of unknown first time on surface and up in trip, so I wouldn’t rule her out though she does need to improve. Among the big prices, Sociologist could run well as he has placed form over c&d albeit in slightly weaker races. I am not betting in the race, as the price has gone on Hermocrates now, just doing Hermocrates/Lady Isabel/Sociologist in combi f/c, t/c for a bit of fun.
