Need to bring the Black Sea to boiling point and continue cooking for 24 hours.

You need to Rub Breasts with butter and cover with bacon.
Place in a Roasting tin and cover with Foil.
Put in centre of oven on Gas Mark 5
if Working in Imperial its 20mins per LB plus 20 mins over.
if Working in Metric its 30mins per 500Grms plus 30 mins.
Halfway through cooking baste with the juices.
Remove Foil For Last 30 mins.
Enjoy
