• Liverpool day 2
After my selection Pleasant Company just being denied last year, nobody else spotted that Mullins plot, I suggest that this year Elliott may have the plot with General Principle, my only doubt is Kennedy getting the choice and going for Dounikos, both are playable prices, and again General Principle comes in with similar profile to last year. Make of that what you will, but I've been making hay backing Elliott today.

You lucky old soandso, enjoy! Thanks for the analysis.
  • Bold Plan
    Good spot.
  • CHELTENHAM...GLAD ITS OVER
Know how you feel, had Concertista with other Mullins in combo Exactas ... but yup ... not the winner! Got out of jail with Croco Bay on tote, but again no cigar as had it in combo Exactas which failed. Did the Champion Hurdle winner as was value again on the tote, as was the King George winner, which I had too. So I'm stil lup after my Sizing John 50/1 AP two years ago, but just can't hit the jackpot!
  • Grand Annual
Annoying though when perming outsiders in Exacta/trifecta combos and still missing out. Story of my life. Often had outsider in but the favs blow out for the record.
  • Grand Annual
Mugz, I am just a tote value bandit!
  • Grand Annual
Happy Days! Got all my loses back after Concertista was unlucky yesterday, get in tote WIN 138/1
  • Some racing today
Well done though Mugz, you are cracking the compy!!!
  • Some racing today
Noel one race too late for me as was on Concertista, and combo Mullins exactas, except the winner. When your luck is out it is out.
  • Day Three
My main bet was Concertista, had it with 2 of the other Mullins outsiders + Sister in Exactas but not the winner, so if you feel pissed off, I'm already in to my second bottle of wine, ahhhhhhh!
  • Cheltenham Placepot
    Weird, but not impossible.
  • HE'S DONE IT AGAIN!
Probably right Jim, just seems that as Ruby is high profile, it seems like negligence.
  • HE'S DONE IT AGAIN!
So unlucky chaps. Just think Ruby consistently shows a "switch off" point mentally, and unlike other jockeys seems to cruise and flap about on these types rather than keep a horse interested and up to its work.
  • Sharjah
Bugger! Backed the winner but not in my competition entry. Damn!

Is that like the one I won last year? If so count me in please, Mugz.
  • Experimenting with trading
Good luck AKD, I see your method. Just careful to not wipe all your profits out in a hit. We had, over 30 years ago a horse laid out, contact at stable labelled it as "today". Trainer was in on it too, if that's a clue... 33/1 all prices down to 5/2 board, and this is before technology, so we are talking about bookies who took bets. I can't reveal more, other than to say said trainer was paid off enough to set up in another country and we were taken to the cleaners. He still has protection.
  • Experimenting with trading
Unless you are at the track, you do realise that there are major players who'll try to suck you in, picture delays have been discussed on here in other interesting articles.
